We are pleased to announce a strategic lease agreement between AX Partners and IWG, through its global brand Regus, a world leader in flexible workspace solutions with a presence in over 120 countries.

Regus will occupy part of the first floor and the entirety of the second and third floors of Palau Castanyer, an AX Partners property located in the heart of Barcelona. As a result, the total leased area amounts to approximately 1,300 sqm.

This collaboration positions Palau Castanyer as one of the most prominent flexible workspace destinations in the city, establishing it as Regus’ new flagship location in Barcelona.
