AX Partners announces the acquisition of the Hotel Eetu in Aiguablava, Begur. The firm will invest more than 15 million euros in the transformation of the property into an iconic asset, which will become the first 5-star Meliá hotel on the Costa Brava.

Following our Value Add investment strategy in mid-segment hotels, the establishment will be renovated in the coming months and reopened under the Meliá Aiguablava brand, belonging to Meliá Hotels International and operated by Summum Hotel Group.

With this acquisition, AX Partners completes its third hotel investment in the last three months, consolidating its position as one of the most active players in the Spanish hotel market.
