Today, we introduce AX Private Credit Real Estate, a European Real Estate Private Credit Fund that aims to invest up to €200 million during its first year.

This unique European investment vehicle provides private capital with access to high-quality real estate financing opportunities that, until now, were exclusively available to institutional investors. The fund targets an 8% annual net return through either dividend distribution or capital accumulation classes, while benefiting from an economically active investment structure.

The launch of our Private Credit platform marks another significant milestone in AX Partners’ consolidation as one of Spain’s leading Private Equity firms, further strengthening our ability to provide private investors with access to high-quality real estate opportunities and generate consistent long-term returns.
