Open Investment Fund

Investors can invest through our Open-Ended Fund, AX Partners Real Estate Fund AIF SCSp, based in Luxembourg. The fund provides entry and liquidity windows depending on the underlying assets and allows reinvestment between share classes without generating taxation.

Direct Co-Investment

Investors may co-invest directly in the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) with a minimum participation of more than 5% of the capital, benefiting from potential tax advantages.
