AX Partners sells the iconic building located at Avenida Diagonal 438, in Barcelona, and will allocate 80 million euros to new investments in the prime mid-market hotel segment in Spain.

The firm has successfully completed the liquidation of the investment vehicle, culminating in the divestment in just one and a half years. This operation has led to the comprehensive revaluation of an asset in the process of obsolescence, transforming it into a repositioned and fully profitable prime asset, thus adding great value to the city.

In addition, as part of its investment plan, AX Partners will close the acquisition of three new hotels in the coming months, which will reinforce its hotel investment strategy.
