AX Partners’ investments are reserved solely for qualified or professional investors.

The classification of qualified investors is mainly regulated by Law 24/1988, of 28 July, on the Securities Market, and Royal Decree 1310/2005, of 4 November.

Under current Spanish regulations, a qualified or professional investor is a person or entity with sufficient experience, knowledge and resources to make informed investment decisions and assume the associated risks. This classification allows investors to access more complex financial products with less legal protection than those intended for retail investors.

The minimum investment ticket is EUR 250,000.

The asset selection process at AX Partners begins with constant analysis of market opportunities and identification of assets and investment projects that fit our investment strategy. We then conduct a thorough financial study and financial, tax, technical, urban planning and commercial due diligence process with the best partners in the sector. This approach allows AX Partners to structure new investment operations, ensuring both the viability of the projects and the soundness and profitability of the real estate assets.

AX Partners’ average annualised return depends on each investment transaction, the real estate segment in which the investment is made, and the risk assumed in each investment. The firm’s objective is to exceed an annual return of 10%, with the average return on our projects exceeding 12%.

The average investment period ranges from 3 to 5 years; however, projects may be liquidated earlier due to market opportunities.
